Electronic Pressure Sensor (EPS)

Our new generation of modular active pressure sensors is highly resistant to aggressive media - such as oil, brake fluid, diesel, gasoline, coolant, and more - depending on the application and the sealing material used.  These sensors are suitable not only for automotive applications but also for other fields such as off-road and on-road vehicles, special vehicles, construction equipment, agricultural and forestry machinery, stationary machinery, sports cars, boats, and more. The pressure sensor unit is based on a stainless steel piezoresistive sensor element and converts pressure fluctuations of the measuring medium into a pressure-proportional electrical output signal (0.5 V – 4.5 V).

Temperature Switch

Temperature switches are used in vehicles to monitor the temperature of oil, water, or fuel and transmit the measurement to the control unit or other instruments. The operating principle of temperature switches is based on bimetallic Technology; that is, two different metals with different coefficients of thermal expansion are joined together to generate temperature-dependent mechanical movements or switching operations.

These temperature switches are used by engine manufacturers, off-road vehicles, special-purpose vehicles, construction equipment, agricultural and forestry machinery, stationary machinery, sports cars, and boats.

Universal-Nox-Sensor-16-9

Universal NOx-Sensor (UniNOx)

The UniNox sensor is a stand alone, multifunctional sensor, that measures NOx concentration and air/fuel-ratio in the exhaust gases.It comprises a zirconia multi-layer ceramic sensing element in a metal housing, connected to the ECU via cable. Like in a linear wide band lambda sensor, electrochemical pumps are used to determine the oxygen concentration in the sensing element, and the NOx concentration in the exhaust gas is proportional to the pump current in the sensor element. Based on the measured physical values, the ECU calculates three output signals (NOx, binary lambda, linear lambda). These signals are then transmitted to the engine ECU over the CAN bus.
